Keeping your home heated all year round

We ran out of oil on Friday night and I left a phone message to order full tank of oil just as soon as you could deliver it (expecting it Monday!) On Saturday around 11.39am, up comes the lorry to refill our tank. Now THAT'S service!!!!!

I just wanted to thank you for providing such as excellent service yesterday. I phoned up on Tuesday and had my heating oil delivered on Wednesday.

I wanted to email to say thank you for your excellent service! We are new customers and ran out of oil at the weekend. We rang your office on Saturday and explained our situation, within 45 mins we had a delivery of oil. This is really excellent service and was very much appreciated by us, especially as the weekend was so cold. We will certainly be passing on to family and friends about our experience.

Delivered to us urgently on a Saturday at very short notice. I left a message on their answering machine in the same afternoon with a query, not expecting a call back to Monday. To my surprise they returned the call on Saturday evening despite the office being closed. Really excellent service with staff that can be relied upon. Highly recommended!
